I will never take full credit
for my success. I respect that were it not for my God and a select group of
people in my life, I would not have made it this far. I call them heroes, mentors,
and role models. Whether it was a coach, my father, an educator, or a teammate,
there was someone there to help me along the way. I owe a great deal to the men
and women who helped build me up. So it is my responsibility -no, my duty- to
do the same for others.
Every day, I strive to be
someone our young men and women can look up to. I remain active in our younger
generation's lives because I know how important it is to see examples of values
and principles that will help them mature into good people.
